Refund Policy

Refund window
If the product does not work for your use case, contact us within 14 days of the first purchase. We will review the request and may issue a refund when the issue cannot be resolved.
Subscriptions
You can cancel future renewal through the Paddle customer portal when subscription management is enabled. Canceling stops future billing but does not always automatically refund previous payments.
Non-refundable cases
- Requests made after the refund window.
- Repeated refund abuse.
- Issues caused by unsupported pages, protected browser pages, images, videos, or native desktop applications.
